CASE 4: SALESPERSON CLOCKING SALES UNDER ANOTHER COMPANY FOR HIGHER COMMISSION
A 70/30 salesperson was recruited by a DWG manager and was offered 90/10.
During the crossing over, the salesperson close 2 rental transaction worth more than $6,000.
The DWG manager entice the salesperson to clock the sales under him so as to enjoy the additional 20%.
After the salesperson successfully cross over to DWG, the manager disappear with the $6,000 commission.
Later after confrontation, the manager admitted that he has taken the money to settle his personal debts.
The salesperson lodge a compliant to CEA.
