Please note of the revised fixed rates from Maybank with immediate effect.  Last date to accept cases with old rates is this Friday.

Note that Hong Leong Finance has imposed a fee for AIP on Private Properties.

Some banks may follow suit soon.

I have attached the banker's details on a separate file.
