release 1.2

hi,

at the last cmf irc meeting, we also talked about jackalope and said we
would love to release 1.2 still this year. so we propose to feature
freeze in two weeks and have a first beta end of month.

i made sure we have 1.2 milestones on the base jackalope github
repository and jackalope-jackrabbit and jackalope-doctrine-dbal. please
check if there are issues you think should be in the milestone and add
them (or better, propose a pull request to fix them directly :-).

there is one discussion that kind of stopped without conclusion:
should we throw exceptions on invalid configuration?
