What kind of a retarded decision is that!? I understand english pretty good, but I always have subtitles turned on in games in case I miss some parts... I started playing this morning and i found no option for subtitles, whats up with that? I thought it was standard that you have an option for subtitles in games today.

I vow to return when I have some better equipment for my army and a little more experience under my belt. I do indeed return a few levels later, and clear out the rabble. Which will yield some interesting story elements hours later in the gameplay.
I am usually a very content fan with the way that everything BTS related is managed, however for the past few months I've been getting more and more annoyed with the obvious lack of subtitles to the BangtanTV content. The Armypedia talk show livestream already had English subs, so why won't they upload this version? Bangtan Bombs are usually less than a minute, I'm sure that they can hire someone to add subs. Adding official subs would also clear any sort of confusion that can happen. What is the strategy behind it? I do not think that translations provided by fans bring the fandom closer...
