Jabbify for a multi-player game

My son (13 years old) wants to create a turn-based multi-player game
that he and his friends can play. Is jabbify suited for this purpose?
the general idea is to have some kind of lobby and then invidual
'rooms' where at most 2 people can enter and play the game. When the
game is completed the room goes away and the people are bacjk in the
lobby.
the game involves communicating pokemon style attacks between 2
javascript clients.

Yes this would work. However, we are working towards releasing the new docs for the new API. He can check out the Jabbify source to see how it works in the meantime.
