Unable to see the chat window using wordpress plug in

I have registered my website after loading the wordpress plug in but
that was the last time I saw the chat screen.

Now when I load my page the chat window is no longer there and i cant
seem to get back. i have tried unistalling and starting over but i've
had no success. I am running out of ideas.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
