Unable to Register website

Hello,
I installed the Wordpress Plugin in after creating a Jabbify account.
Even after logging in, the chat window stats that the website has not
registered.
Have I missed a step in setting up Jabbify?
I have deactivated the plug-in while attempting to resolve the
registration issue.
Thanks for any help, the chat looks like a great resource.

What website did you try to register? What is your username?
