Every time I run my chat program, I am getting this error 

"A connection attemp failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 74.125.22.125:5222"

This is not working in my Windows 7 laptop

The same program is running in my other laptop

No idea what is the difference

Any help is appreciated
