(Shipping) Reference Application and OpenFire known issues

We are adding IM functionality to our product and I have been looking
at XMPP APIs. I have recommended that we use Jabber.Net but I got 2
questions that I was unable to answer.
1) Are there any shipping applications that I can point to that use
Jabber.Net? I am sure that there are but I would like to be able to
say that ABC uses Jabber.Net in their application.
2) We are going to be using OpenFire as a back-end. Are there any
known issues interfacing with OpenFire?
