Subject: IFF table hosts update
Hello Table Hosts,
I just wanted to update you with the ticket sales information for IFF so far so that you know how many people are attending and can order food accordingly.
So we've already sold about 125 tickets, which translates to 1250 coupons. Last year we had about equal sales before the event and on the day of. Assuming the same trend this year we expect to sell about 250 tickets, or 2500 coupons in all. Since we have 14 tables signed up this year, we can assume about 2500/14 = 179 coupons per table on average. The real numbers for last year were also the same, with the highest selling table fetching 450 coupons and the lowest selling one fetching 70. Table setups begin at 4pm.
Once again, you get $1 from IBA for every coupon you fetch (please preserve your coupons and we'll let you know how to get the reimbursements). So please use these numbers as an estimate. We will try to cover your losses as long
as we have money, so please get sufficient food but not too much food. Advertise the event to your friends so that we have more ticket sales!!
Finally, there's a best table award by popular choice. Attendees will give you a poker chip as a vote. The best table will win $100. Use your marketing skills people!!
PS: Some people asked me if they need to buy a ticket if they're hosting a table. You don't have to buy tickets to host but then you'll be missing out on the delicious food at the other tables. So in order to make the most of the event, I encourage you to buy!

Thank you all so much for last night. Everyone was really impressed by the amount of effort you all had put into the tables. A couple of important things:
1) Please input your food and non-food expenses and in whose name you'd want the check to be made -

We need receipts for your expenses (unless you cooked the food yourself) in case we have to refund you for more than just the food coupons you earned. Please put your receipts in Katerina Cinkova (MBA 2015)'s mailbox. Once we have all the info, we will reimburse
everyone. So please input your info ASAP. We will try to cover your losses, depending on what the final reimbursements look like. In either case, we will let you know!
2) The Best Table award goes to...*drumroll*.... the ARMENIAN table!!! They had 37 votes, followed by Taiwan with 30 votes and GCBA with 28 votes. Armenians will take home a cash prize of $100! :)
