• Business has nothing to do with academic credentials and in some scenarios helps but then you ask kattu and he can tell you stories all night long of ppl who have rags-to-riches stories without any formal education.
  
• Education specific to MCA in IT industries in my opinion is useless to start business. Any basic education is good enough. Education gives you confidence, polishes and develops your personality and opens up your eyes and changes your perspective. All of us should agree by now that MCA is the most useless degree since we waste 2 years and dont add any value. 
• Experience in IT industry will help you definitely if you are thinking of starting business centred around IT industry (even if you think of starting a cafetaria in IT company because u now know exactly what are your end user requirements)
• Regarding capital - Every franchisee has a totally different business model. To start McD or pizza hut you need a huge capital, but to start a a yatra.com travel counter its very less. For any business you need a capital..  
• My opinion for business Experience > Education

My advice - Friendship day is coming up. Make mayur katariya your bestest friend :) :)
