JAA Members:

Now that the first version of the Constitution and Bylaws have been passed and sent out to all of you, it is time to turn our attentions fully to elections.  Information regarding which offices are up for election as well as what form needs to be submitted to apply has been posted to our homepage for several weeks.  However, we realize that not everyone may have seen it, so we wanted to send this out through the email list.

We are requesting that all applications be submitted to the JAA Vice President no later than Saturday, April 23, 2011.  All applications will be sent out to the email list and posted to the website by Monday, April 25, 2011.  Voting will open on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 and close Tuesday, May 10, 2011.  Applications will be notified of the results by Friday, May 6 ,2011, with results being posted to the website by Saturday, May 7, 2011.
