How to model the Kingman effect of high utilization ..

Dear All,

Still in a learning curve and just developing futher my supply chain model I am thinking about how to consider / model the Kingman effect when high utilization will have a exponential impact on the queueing.

Is the use of calculation objects (polynomial) a starting point ?
