Is there any way to have an entity seize a specific resource?

Hi-

I am trying to model an emergency department. I have a patient entity that will seize a room resource, and then will need to seize a nurse resource unit for processing. I want to be able to specify which nurse resource unit the patient entity seizes based on the room they seize, but the ResourceList field doesn't allow building an expression. Is there another way to do this?
