Cancel production if 2 other works

Hello,

i can't solve a problem i've had for a while

my problem is: I want to block the arrive in "EntityProcessor4" if "EntityProcessor1" and "EntityProcessor5" is working.

i tried to make a code like this (in below) but it's not working.

if anyone could help me i would be delighted.
