Setup a bin sorter for a sawmill

Good day dear members

I have developed a Jaamsim simulation model to learn Jaamsim features and capabilities.  This is a great tool.

I have setup a flow model from the sawmill log yard to the sorter.  Each sawlog has a set of dimensional attributes such as diameter, length and i'm using servers the model generates  sawing patterns specific to dimensional log attributes to produce using duplicate, and assign features such as lumber pieces ex 4 pieces of 2x4 16' (Product).  The sawlines merges in one output of the samwill that sorts the lumber pieces  by classes compose of dimension and species ex 1x3 6'  ,2x4x16 Spruce, ..... .

I have explore the entity container to used it with the addto and removefrom functions and i'm looking for the best easy way to setup my sorter  May be there is a better route.. 

Before the sorter 

Products arrived individually one by one on a lug chain.

There are approximalety 40 to 50 products that will arrive one by one  to be sorted

 

Sorter:

I have a limited capacity of 90 bins to package each individual product together. 

The bins are available at start but become restricted to a specific product  as soon as the first piece odf aspecifi product enters the bin.  They bins remain reserve for that specific product until it is full. 

   

Each bin sorter is physically identical

Each Product requires  a specific count to be put in the bin ex 1x3 800 pieces, 2x4 400 pieces, etc. 

When  bins are full, it move to a unique transfert to get process further down in a removefrom

The same transfer received will  the full bins over time

The transfer cannot received more than 8 bins.

I have looked at many posts videos etc and would like some high level guidance on how to approach this challenge and what features of Jaamsim i should be exploring more to keep it simple.
