Model set up for multiple runs, but won't iterate

I have one model that will do multiple runs and produce an external data file. 

However, the attached CFG won't iterate over multiple runs. 

I have done a comparison of the two files in Notepad++ and don't see why this one (attached) won't perform multiple runs.

Figured this one out. You can't have anything in the Pause Time: entry. Once I removed everything in the Pause Time: entry, the model correctly iterated.
