Invisible objects

Hello everyone,

I am having a display issue with a number of placed objects. The elements I am trying to place become invisible on the model but are still present in the model tree. I have to exit and restart Jaam to see them.

Do you have any solutions?

Have you checked the input to the 'Show' keyword for the object in question? If it is FALSE, then it will be hidden in the way that you describe.

If that is not the issue, then I need a copy of your configure file to see what is happening. You can attach a copy to your next forum post or you can email me a copy.

Hi Hippolyte,

Thank you for emailing a copy of your model. The problem is that the Simulation input 'MaxEntitiesToDisplay' was set to 45. Once that number of entities had been defined, any further entities are invisible. The only purpose of this input is to prevent overloading the graphics capabilities of the computer, which causes the user interface to become unresponsive. It should normally be left at the default value of 10,000.
