View1 Window Does Not Display

I am to Jaamsim I downloaded the windows (I am running Windows 10) and when I run the executable no View1 Window display. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

This is a graphics driver problem. Updating the driver should solve it.

Harry thanks for the prompt response. I saw the problem on the web referring to the drivers and it seems to be the problem. I believe that I should clarify one issue: I am running on a VirtualBox VM. Do you know whether Jaamsim runs on a VM?

Al,

The VM is the problem. Most VM systems do not support 3d graphics of any kind, which prevents JaamSim from displaying a View window. Although it is possible for a VM system to provide 3d graphics, this requires the server to have one or more VERY expensive graphics cards installed.

Note that you can still run models on your VM, but they cannot show any graphics.
