Hello everybody,
For many years, I have been using this wonderful tool, JaamSim, mainly in healthcare applications. Recently, with the current AI hype and especially the rise of “vibe coding,” I started wondering whether anyone has already gained some experience and could share insights about what works best or what helps with certain tasks when defining our models.
Furthermore, I was thinking that large language models (LLMs) are quite good at analyzing long texts. The *.cfg file already contains a lot of information about the model’s logic, and with the flexible output reports, we can generate even more valuable data. The tasks of analyzing and interpreting this data could become easier and even more insightful if we can rely on the reasoning capabilities of an LLM.
Any feedback to the above ideas would be highly appreciated. I have recently started a tertiary university course and am planning to write my thesis on this topic. If so, I will share my findings—but not before the end of February next year.
Thank you for your
attention and best regards.
