Harry,

Attached is the cfg file for my single server queue.

Is there some reason I don't get the same results

as the m/m/1/infinite queue model?

Bruce,

Your model is fine. You just didn't run it long enough. Un-select the 'Real Time' button and let the model run for one million seconds and you will see average queue length and average queue time values quite close to the ones you expect. JaamSim is really fast, so processing millions of entities is not a problem.
