Description :" The featured typeface FF Karbid Pro was originally inspired by storefront letterings from the 1920s and 1930s in Berlin. Using it as a starting point, Verena then disseminated its spirit into a family of well-behaved but energetic text faces. Verena has spent the last five week's with us at Jaaga's Malleswaram Residency through Goethe Institute's bangaloREsidency program. She will present her work inspired by local typographic styles and in close collaboration with local crafts persons early next month - keep your eyes open for that announcement too.So come on over this Saturday, meet our bold designer-artist-in residence in person and hear of her fascinating process in developing FF Karbid Pro..”.
