Non-existent field MATLAB error

Hi Minyu,

What "Animal Type" are you using? Some animal types (flies etc) also include perframe features to provide information like distance to the arena's edge. The parameters on how to compute these perframe features get added to the trx file only when you use PrepareJAABAData. How did you create your trx file?

If you don't need arena perframe features, one way is to disable the arena perframe features. Use the "Advanced Options" button in the JAABA project setup window and click on "Select Perframe Features" for this.

Dear Mayank

I'm working with adult zebrafish, but I used "flies" as my animal type. I created my trx.mat file using Ctrax and I convert it using PrepareJAABAData - unless something got lost in translation and I did it the wrong way!

I will need custom arena perframe features as I will need data like the amount of time spent at the bottom of the tank and so on - however I'm not sure how to do that.

Thanks for the tip - will definitely try that out. Meanwhile, is it possible to add a scroll bar to JAABAPlot? I can't navigate the GUI with a smaller screen.
