Identification of sex of Drosophila

Hey!

We are currently tracking videos of one male and one female drosophila in a chamber using Fly Tracker. I wanted to know if there is any way that JAABA can identify the sex of the flies that have been tracked. We want to work only with the data of the male fly.

We tried to filter using parameters like axis ratio and body area but were unsuccessful in identifying the male fly faithfully. 

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
