conversion of ufmf to more common video format

Hello,

   Recently, myself and my colleagues have decided to use ufmf movies in order to save disc space.  JAABA still works very well with this format.  However, there are times where we have a particularly nice video that we would like to use for presentation purposes.  In order to do so, we will need to convert it into an easily readable file (ie. mp4,avi,mov).  I have not been able to find a converter online.  Is it possible that anyone has code that can convert from ufmf to another filetype?
