Errors while creating a project

Hello everyone, I am trying to use JAABA for behaviour analyse of Drosophila. So, video was prepared from FlyTracker. When I am trying to add experiment directories (generate missing files), strange mistake appear. After that, i cant use matlab, i have to force close the process. Could you please help me? Can you share the JAABA project file (save it before you add the movie), the movie and the trx file?

I have the same problem with another video which was prepared from FlyTracker with the same way.

The rar archive doesn't have the JAABA project file. Can you share that?

Hi,

I don't experience any error when I add the experiment directory. Can you ensure that you are running the latest version of JAABA from the source and not the compiled version?

Hello, I used JAABA version from this link: https://github.com/kristinbranson/JAABA. After your message, I tried to find another, code from archive called "JAABA-master" is working good. Thank you!
