PrepareJAABAData probelm when using FlyTracker

The following problem occurred when I used JAABA to import the FlyTracker files. 

How would I fix it?

Is the perframe directory the same as that was specified for FlyTracker? You might want to ask about this on the FlyTracker forum. They'll be able to help you better.

I'm having the same issue, did you find a solution?

I unfortunately didn’t find a solution.

But if anyone in the greater group has suggestions I would be happy to try and fix this. I’m currently at a conference until the weekend but I could try any fixes this upcoming week.

I think you can export data from FlyTracker already formatted for JAABA - there's a checkbox in GUI and then you shouldn't have to use PrepareJAABAData.
