how should the output look ?

Capture.PNGin the score value we are sometimes getting negative values 
we wanted to know what kind of normalization you are using?is it make sense to get negative values?

Hi,

Yes, negative scores are valid scores: https://jaaba.sourceforge.net/ApplyingAClassifier.html#ScoresFile . The classifier outputs positive scores when the animal is performing the behavior and negative when the animal is not. The scores returned by boosting classifiers does not have a specific range, however we use the scorenorm (stored in the score file) to normalize the scores by first dividing the scores by scorenorm and the clipping between -1 and 1.
