Automation of score outputs

Hi, 

We have a classifier trained and ready to produce scores. Our goal is to automate the process of inputting tracks and getting the output scores. Is there a way of getting the scores without using the GUI? For instance, is it possible to use the .jab file directly? Perhaps in the form of a Python script?
