Hello Mayank,

I am writing to ask whether there is a solution to the problem that the function "nrrdread()" seems incompatible with the most recent version of MATLAB. When we tried to use a JAABA classifier, we encountered an error message saying that we needed a "Medical Imaging Toolbox". It appears that this function has been either no longer used or reassgined to another toolbox. We are running the classifier using an old computer with old versions of MATLAB, but the system administrator told us that they planned to update the entire system, removing all older versions of MATLAB.
I appreciate if you can help us resolve the problem (for example, by issuing a patch to make the program compatible with the latest version of MATLAB).

Thank you very much,

Kenta

Hi Kenta,

The nrrdread function is in JAABA/misc but is superfluous. You shouldn't get an error because it never gets called. Can you send me the error message that you see? That will help me decide if I should remove or rename the function.

Mayank

I can't attach an image here (somehow an "error occurred" while uploading the file). I will send you the error via personal e-mail. It looks the error happens while using 'JAABADetect'.
