Error Saving Scores

Hello,

I have been having an issue when scoring several videos. After importing our classifier, and then trying to score the behavior, an error message pops up- Error Saving Scores: Expected input number 1, IM, to be real.

We have tried re-tracking the video and using a different classifier. We have also had the same problem when using different cameras, so I don't think it's the camera. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi,

The error message image is too tiny to see the details. Can you share it again at higher resolution? Can you paste the messages that are printed in the matlab command window? Can you share the jab file and an example movie along with the trx file?

In the meantime, the error is likely because you have trajectories that are less than 1 frames. Can you look at the trajectories and remove the empty ones?

Hi Erin,

The perframe feature angle_between_diff2 has complex values which shouldn't be the case. I assume that these are custom perframe features. You should check their computation.
