I feel that everyone who was present will agree that Thursday the 9th
was a very productive meeting. Anyone who was not present missed what
we hope we can look back on as the turning point in our company. Take
note that this will only result in a pivotal point for Senses if
everyone changes their attitudes as well. We learned that a lot of the
members consider our Junior Achievement program to be a waist of time;
one they are forced to attend each week until we liquidate. Well this
true, but only because none of us have been putting as much effort as
possible in each of our tasks assigned to us. We have approximately
five weeks left. Collectively, we have decided that we want to get as
much out of these weeks as possible. If anyone feels differently let us
know now so you don't waist anyone else's time.

NEW GOAL: "We hope to sell 300 T-shirts in the next five weeks while
operating as a fully functional profession
organization."

At the beginning of each meeting each executive will present the
following:

Financial Report- Vlad
Inventory Report- Shaz and Dennis (collectively)
Venue Report/ Upcoming Events- Misha
Action Plan and Homework collection- Jeffrey
Top Sellers- Jamil
Overall Status (towards achieving our goals) - Muizz

Now more than ever we need people to act independently and be
accountable for their actions.

Home Work:
Next Week everyone owes the company $17 for the two shirts they took
plus an additional $8.50 for the purchase of their own shirt.

Venue research is also due next week. Everyone should know their
responsibility!

A very important point was raised at Thursday's meeting companies
such as Celestica fire people on a regular basis because of poor
performance and poor-working conduct. We too are a company, like
Celestica, and if people are unwilling to demonstrate a professional
attitude toward work serious actions will be taken. (This includes poor
attendance, punctuality, and of course, any fooling around.)

On Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at about 12:00(Muizz will keep us posted)
Senses will be selling at York University. This is March Break so I
expect to see a lot of people. Everyone who is available is expected to
be there. Tasks were already assigned last meeting.

If anyone has any questions or comments please email me at
jeffr...@hotmail.com or call me at 416 827 0148.

I EXPECT TO SEE BIG CHANGES FROM EVERY SINGLE MEMBER. THE ENTIRE
COMPANY IS ON A TWO WEEK PROBATIONARY PERIOD. If we fail to demonstrate
commitment and motivation we will be forced to pack up our bags and
shut down the company.

I'm very excited to see how these next few weeks turn out; I hope
I'm not the only one who feels this way.
