Hi everyone,

 

Chris asked why we're all doing the online assessment.  We're going to review the results in next week's meeting.  It will show why you work, behave, react, etc the way that you do, what motivates you and will give you some insight about others.  It shows how to communicate and work together more effectively.

 

I have received results from the following people:

Muizz, Chris, Vlad, Misha, Jamil, Salina, Rabiya, Nazish, Jeffrey.

 

It is important that EVERYONE complete this.  I imagine Matt just hasn't done it because he's away, but Chris / Jamil - can you guys please ask him to get this done?

Jeff - can you please make sure Dennis & Andrew get this done and send me their results?

Muizz - can I count on you for the balance?  I think that's Shaneel, Naim, Asif, Shaz, Nafisa. ... I think that's it.
