jWebSocket benchmark

Hi guys, 

I am facing what we could call a big challenge and I am thinking about using jWebSocket (or maybe jBoss Netty). 

I need to push to 200 000 users/browsers (so as many HTTP connections) a small amount of data (something like 100 octets) but I need to be "sure" all the users get the data in the same half second. I would not use websocket protocol but instead the FlashBridge. 

did one of you already bench jWebSocket under such a load? Do you have any bench that could help me?
