J/92 Hull #77 For Sale $50,000 in San Diego

Wonderful 1995 J/92, Hull #77.  We bought last year out of Houston Texas and brought to San Diego primarily for handicap racing such as Newport to Ensenada, Little Ensenada, and SWYC Cabrillo Series.  We are now moving overseas and unable to take the boat with us—if shipping costs weren’t an issue, I would be taking this boat with me!  She is an absolute blast to sail and a wonderful boat to double-hand.

She has a current ORC Club, ORC Club Double Handed, and PHRF SoCal racing certificates.

Since owning the boat we have done a number of upgrades and repairs listed below:

-Replaced all standing rigging in 2024

-New Bottom Paint with Baltoplate Paint (Can’t do this in California—we did in Texas)

-New Cutlass Bearing (requires a haul-out to replace)

-New Quantam Racing Genoa and Main (you haven’t raced with either of these yet)

-New Compass

-New Electric Bilge Pump

-Auto Pilot (not installed yet)

-Top-end overhaul on the engine
