Hello from NJ  at 3 degrees Fahrenheit

So my Yanmar engine instrument panel appears to be slowly disintegrating.   I found this replacement on Ebay but when I examine my existing panel from the rear, there a some significant differences.   Anyone have experience with this?  Anyone have a reliable source for OEM style for a 1993 J92 #35 as shown in 2nd photo.

Here's my existing  Note Fewer poles on ignition switch left and round rather than rectangular connectors on the right

Did you try marinedieselparts.com? They are a US Yanmar distributor.

I think I bought my replacement panel from a previous incarnation of this business.

Timely. The round connectors are the old style. They are not any kind of standard connector at least not one that is readily available. The rectangular ones are the replacement. I did not seem to find a retrofit kit.   But it looks like if you replaced the extension harness from the engine to the panel you would have the correct connectors to plug into the new style panel. This is not gospel as my intent was just to find the connectors.

I am in the process of gathering up all the electronics into one spot with a new panel to replace the tach and idiot lights with a single digital display. That will leave room for an autopilot, vhf and hailer speaker jacks.

Prototype face plate that I made yesterday.

Still working on it,  I was unable to find the connectors like ours has.  I did find a couple of guys that build harnesses for Yanmar but they tell me that haven't used the round connectors in years.  So it looks like I will have to snip the current connectors off of my current extension harness and replace to connect with the new panel.

I do have all the components for the panel, ignition switch, alarm, start button, auto pilot and VHF connectors.  Have been trying different layouts on the panels, I cut a couple of different ones last night.  I think I finally have the layout like I want it.  Connectors will be all Deutsch and the last of them should be here this week.  Plan is to have it all installed by April 1.  I should have some good pictures next week
