As our kids are getting older, it’s time for us to move to a boat that better fits our family’s needs. We’ve truly loved our J/92s and hope to find someone who will enjoy her as much as we have.

2006 J/92s (Hull #35) – Minx has been thoughtfully upgraded with premium electronics, modern safety systems, and reliable power management for solo or short-handed racing/cruising. For added safety, it is equipped with a cassette-style emergency rudder and tiller system.

The description and photos look like what we are seeking for an offshore racer. As we are just now in the other end of the kid-raising spectrum, the 92 is a great fit for our goals. Please let me know your asking price.

Your listing shows the weight of the boat as 4800 lbs.  Respectfully that is way off (unless you have made some drastic modification from the factory specs).

Per the J boats website, the displacement of this hull is shown as 5610 lbs.

Even the J88, J boats lighter successor to the 92S, is listed at 4990 lbs.
