For those of you with the Volvo saildrive how many changed the fluid in the leg to motor oil (the same as in engine) from the ATF Dexron?

From advice from a few engineers and a couple of vp dealers, i was told if it has atf, put atf in it. If it has engine oil put engine oil in. If you are doing a full dismantle go to oil.
