J/92 Classic weight

Later this summer I will be doing a major race that has a  signature trophy. To qualify your boat has to be 6,000 lbs minimum. The brochure weight is 5400#. Anybody have an IRC endorsed certificate which shows a weight of at least 6,000lb. Seems to me I remember seeing one once. Hopefully one of English owners has one that they can send me a copy.

The heaviest I've seen on a certificate was just under 5,800#.  There's room in the sump - can you add internal ballast?

Hi, I've attached the 2017 endorsed IRC certificate for Makutu (now renamed Luna, GBR9219R) which shows a weight of 2700kg. I make that 5952.48lbs, pretty close!

Thanks everyone for their help.  Looks like I would need at least 350# internal ballast.  Probably not going to add the weight and expense to get it weighed for 1 race. Damn, I won it in 2002 on a previous boat. Looks like I'll be racing in the non qualifying class.
