Back in 2019 same thing happened to me while docked in Sisters Creek near Jacksonville. The hit broke the cast hawse pipe at the end of the aluminum rail (stern end). I spoke with one of the older Johnstones and he had me contact Robin Hood Marine. They did the original castings, at least for the 42’s. It is quite possible that they also cast the stanchion bases. Worth a phone call.
