Thank you Jim. For better or worse I ended up taking out both main hatches completely, per the instructions from Hatchmasters. I must say this looks far easier.
On the upside I’ll have a fully rebuilt hatch and after the reinstall, rebedded hatches. While the bed seal was in fact very well done, I could see a few spots where it was beginning to fail. Hard to tell if it would have ever have led to leaking.
Where did you find the replacement hinges and why did you choose to replace them? I’m on the fence on replacing them. They don’t stay open well anymore but I have not spent the time to figure out if that can be adjusted. I think I was able to adjust them in the past.
