The top door seals on our refrigerator have turned rock-hard and no longer provide even close to an air-tight seal (which leads to a lot of ice build up on the refrigeration plates). We've tried the various rolls of rubber sealing material available at hardware stores without much success.
The original seals are quite large 3/4" wide by 1/2' tall. I think something more springy and conforming like a household refrigerator door might work better.
Has anyone found anything that works?
thanks,
