I'm looking for one or more people interested in taking over the J4ME
project. It is a pretty stable code base and requires very little
time as it is. But I'm hoping for who wants to add new features. It
really needs support for Eclipse's MTJ plug-in. There are a few open
feature requests that would be nice. There are other side projects
that might be nice like having Android and better BlackBerry
integration built in.
J4ME is most heavily used in India with significant activity still in
China, Russia, and the United States. It has been downloaded more
than 40,000 times, attracts 800 new visitors per month, and is used in
thousands of applications. Your work would be highly appreciated by
