Problem To save files

Dear All


I am developing an appliction about the peer to peer file sharing over Bluetooth, I have done alots of the functions so far, But I vae one problem which is about the saving or Downloading files in the application, Whaen I want to download the files It is tell me The Root is not Accessible...  please any idea
