Experience & Core Competencies:

• 7–10 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years specifically in Agile project delivery and Scrum facilitation.
• Deep expertise in Scrum frameworks, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Proven track record of managing multiple project pods and coordinating deliverables across multi-functional teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with Agile management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar tools.
• Strong background in release planning, metrics/reporting, and resource capacity management.
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, facilitation, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
