Ahoy fellow sailors.
It came one of those moments that you always dread about but my partner and I decided to sell our beloved Matangi.
She is Hull # 23 and is in great shape. We have purchased her in 2021 and for the last 5 years she has been a big part of our lives.
She comes complete with 3 sets of head sails, a spinnaker (but no spinnaker pole unfortunately as ours broke the head and we never rebuilt it) and a whisker pole. We also installed a Dragonfly 5 chart-plotter.
The engine is in great shape, as we personally maintained it, with about 50h of use per year since we bought her (and installed an hour meter). Starts in first crank.
She is currently in the hard at College Point Yacht Club, in Queens.
She has been listed in both Facebook Marketplace (https://www.facebook.com/share/1BC4FoZYnd/) and Craig's List NY (https://newyork.craigslist.org/que/boa/d/college-point-1986-28-sailboat/7919966056.html)
