2024 EYC J22 Worlds boat measurement

For the boats in Annapolis doing the J22 worlds in October. We are going to measure the local fleet Sunday 9/22 and Sunday 9/29. More information to follow. We will be weighing boats, measuring keels and rudders, and checking for all class requirements. We will need volunteers to help both of those days. Also we will need help Monday and Tuesday 10/21-22. To help measure the out of town boats.

Let me know which day you want to be measured. Someone could be the skipper or a crew has to be with the boat when it is getting measured. Also let me know if you can help with measuring other boats. 

Here is a list of equipment you will need on your boat on page 5. All except the flashlight that is no longer in the class rules 

Also Maryland State law a Throwable PFD: Type IV.

Some other things for people who are new to this
The skipper has to be a member of the J22 class. Join here

You have to have a J22 class measurement certificate for your boat in your name it can’t be a former owner. Contact the class office to get this 

We will measure sails 10-21/22.
