Jake, Jeff, Eric - Can you please share the below message with Fleet 19?

J/24 Fleet 8 + J/22 Fleet 19,

Yes, it's finally here...the J/24 & J/22 ECCs!!!! LOTS of action this week and LOTS to look forward to.

But first,

If you are racing, hope you've been eating your Wheaties.
If you are volunteering, heck yes and thank you.
If you are helping run the regatta, none of this would be possible without you and over 200 sailors owe you a free beer at the beer truck!!
And if you are in the distinguished group of doing all three categories above, I hope you took next week off - you will deserve it!

Special thank you to Tony Parker and Ron Simon for their very generous sponsorship of the 48th ECCs. Everyone in our fleet and all of the competitors are so appreciative of your support for this event, our fleets and our classes. Thank you to all of our other sponsors as well - this regatta wouldn't happen without the support of our fleets and partners!

If you are a Fleet 8 member or family member, come on down to SSA this weekend and have a beverage with us. We'll have a beer cup and wristband with your name on it. Sat tickets are available complimentary for regatta volunteers, so just RSVP to me by tomorrow if you would like to attend. For everyone else, if you can't volunteer and just want to come for the party, you can still buy a dinner ticket on the YS website too!

There are still some volunteer openings too - Bill Smith needs jambalaya servers/assistants on Fri afternoon, Ray needs another volunteer or two for the beer truck Sun afternoon and more! Check out the sign up link in the "Useful Links" section below.
