Two professional development opportunities we wanted to highlight for you folks…

1.       PJ Library presents: Creating Intergenerational Community Together

Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 1:00pm EST

Join Vivian Newman, PJ Library's Early Childhood Education Consultant this Thursday, October 3 as she shares guidance (from the field) for running intergenerational programs, activity ideas for programs with families and seniors or families only, and book suggestions that highlight relationships between children and seniors.

Register here for this webinar

2.       See below for information on the Early Childhood Institute’s 4th Annual Early Childhood Jewish Education Conference at Hebrew College. This may be of interest not necessarily because of the specific content but more of  how to design for discovery and foster creativity in young children.

Look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow!

Best,

Jenna
