Hello again,

With what looks like a formidable storm coming our way, we expect our office will be closed tomorrow. Therefore, I am sorry to say, we will have to find another time to hold our virtual CoP meeting. My team came up with three potential dates for holding the 2-hour meeting:

·         Wednesday, February 11

·         Monday, February 16

·         Tuesday, February 17

Rather than go through another Doodle, I am asking each of you to please shoot me back an email regarding your availability on the dates listed. Are you tied up the whole day? Flexible? Is there a particular 2-hour block you can spare? Just let me know, and I’ll look for the best compromise for everybody.

Hoping you all stay warm, dry and SAFE above all!

Best,

Rachel
